A little something to reap havoc on your system. Enjoy!
Each part of the story sets a slightly different pace with one thing in common, the quickly growing passion between Selene and Remington. Their instant connection may be a little unnerving to some, but if you are anything like me you will get sucked in. The Biker and the Billionaire
Brigid Roan is a graduate student at the University of Texas. She had no trouble getting her thesis approved, but finding a Hill Country motorcycle club willing to give her access to their lifestyle had started to seem impossible. Then she got a lead. A friend of a friend had a cousin with ties to The Sons of Sanctuary.
What she wanted was information to prove a proposition. What she didn’t want was to fall for one of the members of the club. Especially since she had set out to prove that motorcycle clubs are organized according to the same structure as primitive tribal society.
Brash Fornight was standing in line at the H.E.B. Market when his world tipped on its axis. While waiting his turn to check out, his gaze had wandered to the magazine display and settled on the new issue of “NOW”. The image on the cover, although GQ’d up in an insanely urbane way, was… him.
After reading the article, Brash threw some stuff in a duffle and left his club, The Sons of Sanctuary, with a vague explanation about needing a couple of days away. He left his Jeep at the Austin airport and caught a plane for New York, on a mission to find the guy who was walking around with his face.
Two brothers, one a player, one a playboy, neither aware of the other, are on a collision course with destiny and a woman who thought she won a prize when she was allowed a look inside the Sons of Sanctuary MC.
“Sir?” Brash Fornight gradually became aware that someone behind him in the grocery checkout line was trying to get his attention. “Sir?” He refocused and glanced behind him. The woman leaning on a cart overflowing with chip bags and cookie boxes nodded toward the cashier indicating that it was his turn to move forward. Brash looked her in the eye and had to give her props. Most people wouldn’t have the balls to try to herd a guy wearing Sons of Sanctuary MC leather.
The club employed a woman who cooked and did grocery shopping several times a week as part of her job description, but Brash didn’t like to explain his relentless craving for peanuts and he liked being teased about it even less. He didn’t know whether it was the Vitamin B or the fat or just because he liked the taste, but he couldn’t imagine going a day without them.
That’s how he came to be standing statue still In the grocery checkout line, being prompted by some woman with more nerve than sense. While he was waiting, his eyes drifted over the magazine display and settled on the cover of “NOW”, on the Most Eligible Bachelor edition no less. The debonair figure staring back was wearing Brash’s own face and body. He looked different with short hair and a four thousand dollar suit with the shirt fashionably open at the neckline, but the similarity was inescapable.
On impulse he grabbed the magazine and tossed it onto the conveyor belt with his week’s stash of peanuts.
He stuffed the bags into the saddlebags of his bike and roared toward home, nervously tapping his fingers on handlebars at red lights, riding on shoulders to keep from slowing down. He was anxious to get to the privacy of his own room and read about Branach St. Germaine.
Two beers, one jar of peanuts, and one “NOW” article later, Brash was sitting on the edge of his bed looking at the wall, seeing nothing but his own heavy thoughts. He pulled out his phone, looked up a website, and waited on hold for ten minutes to hear the time of the next flight from Austin to New York.
There was a flight to Newark in a little over three hours. He looked at his watch and calculated the time it would take to drive from Dripping Springs at that time of day. As he booked the flight, he stood up, walked to the small closet, grabbed a duffel bag, and began shoving stuff into it. Ten minutes later, he closed his door and locked it, threw the duffel over his shoulder, and headed straight for the office downstairs. He dropped the duffel on the hallway floor beside the closed door and knocked.
“Yeah?” Brash looked inside, glad that his dad was by himself, and stepped in. “What’s up?”
“I’m takin’ personal time, Pop. Gonna be gone for a couple of days.”
“What the hell is ‘personal time’?”
The gruffness made Brash smile. “It means I’m not gonna be here if you call and I’m not tellin’ you why.”
The Sons of Sanctuary President looked up at Brash, over the top of his readers, and narrowed his eyes. “You got a secret?”
“Everybody’s got secrets.”
Brandon Fornight studied his son for a minute. “True enough. Is it the kind of secret that could affect this club?”
Brash shook his head. “Don’t see how.”
“Well, then. See you… When did you say you’d be back?”
“I didn’t.”
“Bein’ purposefully vague, are you?”
Brash grinned. “That’s why they call it personal time. But I expect to be back Friday.”
“You gonna have your phone with you?” When Brash nodded, Bran looked back down at his ledger in a deliberately dismissive gesture. “Well, get outta here then.”
Brash parked his bike in the airplane hangar. The structure had already been on the property when the club had bought it and turned it into a compound twenty years earlier. They used part of it for vehicle maintenance and repair and part for parking.
Some of the guys who were working looked over and shot curious glances his way when Brash threw his duffel into his pickup and started it up, but it wasn’t their way to ask questions. The Sons figured that if somebody wanted you to know something, they’d tell you.
Brash took a cab to a midtown hotel, wondering all the way why human beings would choose to live in such a place. As he slid his credit card across the hotel counter to the agent on duty, he glanced at the name, Brandon Fornight. It seemed unlikely that it was a coincidence that that the mysterious look-alike’s first name began with the same four letters. He ordered room service and pulled out his laptop.
Getting intel on the guy didn’t take advanced ops. Within an hour Brash knew where Brannach St. Germaine worked, what kind of car he drove, what kind of women he dated, who his tailor was, and where he liked to dine. There was no shortage of photos online, but the one that grabbed his attention wasn’t one of the many with starlets or debutantes on his arm. It was the one taken with his arm around his mother as they were arriving together for some red carpet fundraiser. Brash had an almost irresistible compulsion to reach up and touch her face on the screen in front of him.
The knock on the door signaled that room service had arrived. It cost a fortune, but looked and tasted like shit. So he closed the computer and went out for a walk to clear his head and find something edible.

collides with her past with ferocious intensity. Averi Ford and Colt
McClain have loved each other since they were children. They both come
from a broken past. Colt’s mother died when he was young, and Averi’s
parents were taken from her at the tender age of five. The same man is
responsible for both of their broken childhoods: Tom “Black Horse”
McClain. He also happens to be Colt’s father. Now twenty years after the
crimes that fractured both of their hearts, Black Horse is getting out
of jail and he’s coming after the girl who testified against him: Averi,
herself. Colt wants to hide her, but Averi refuses to run.
that love can arise from the darkest of places. We just have to survive
Black Horse to tell the tale.”
The suspense and characters in this read work great together. Each character brings something to the table and even the ones you think you will just brush off, you can’t. Colton and Averi’s story is one you are going to want to dive into. The odds seem to be stacked against them, but their connection makes for a great read.
This is my first experience with this author’s work and I’ll definitely be checking out more. I wish the author good luck with everything past, present, and future.

Saint and Jeanette’s story.
They met by chance. Or so she thought…
Losing her wasn’t something he was willing to do. Sometimes life takes you to the edge, but Jeanette had a Saint to
catch her.
This is the short story of how they met, how they fell in love, and how much Saint loves going down on her.
“You got it, baby.” My cock is already hard and pointing at her. My piercing is like a star on top of a Christmas tree, just waiting for praise. I stand up and she looks down at it with a big smile. She knows all she has to do is look at me and I’m done. Anytime, anywhere, I’m hers to play with.
I crawl on the bed and get on my hands and knees.
“Spread your legs a little. I want to see everything from behind.”
I spread my knees further apart and feel her get on the bed behind me. I’m nervous about exactly what kind of mood she’s in, but I know whatever it is, I would give it to her.
I feel her hot breath on the backs of my thighs and then her warm, wet tongue licking there. Her hands come around and rub my legs, slowly working her way to my cock.
Jeanette’s tongue works its way up to my ass cheek and suddenly she bites me there.
“Fuck!”
“God, I love your ass,” she murmurs, and I can hear the smile in her voice. She bites me hard, but it feels so good to have her mouth on me.
I feel her kisses move and then she licks my balls. “Goddamn, that mouth of yours,” I breathe. I feel her hands on my hard shaft. She works my cock with both of her hands and sucks my balls from behind. I leak precum all over the bedding and I’m so scared I’m about to blow a load in under sixty seconds.
I feel her mouth move and the warm tip of her tongue is tracing my asshole. “Jeanette!” I shout, but she doesn’t stop. She loves pushing my boundaries, and allowing her to do that makes her feel like she has the control. I close my eyes tightly and give myself over to the sensations. They are so foreign because no one has ever done that to me, and it feels so good. She’s gives my ass tentative licks and I start to shake. Suddenly, she uses her fingers to pull on my cock piercing, and I can’t think.
“Mama. Oh God, Jeanette. I’m gonna…”
I’m unable to finish the sentence before cumming all over her hands. Big, thick, streams of cum coat her fingers and I hear her giggle of satisfaction at my undoing. She fucking loves to make me cum on myself.
I collapse in a heap on the bed and I feel her climb over my body. “Get it back up, Saint, my pussy needs some attention.”

excerpt
“Want to hear a joke?” Her voice entered my mind as a flash of a memory hit me. My fists clenched as I gripped at the bed sheet. The muscles in my stomach clenched as I forced myself to hold onto to every second of it.
She had brown hair that flowed down her back freely. Big brown eyes that sparkled as she smiled at something I had said. She was saying something to me, her mouth moving, but I was unable to hear it… She was fading out…
“Killer.” Gauge’s voice was the first I heard, and it only made my anger worse. Who was she, and why the fuck did I have memories of a life I didn’t remember living?
“Get the fuck away from me,” I growled. I was on the verge of ripping the whole fucking room apart. My body was shaking as I shot out of bed.
“Killer. Stop. Calm down.” Gauge’s voice rang in my ears, but his words meant nothing to me. It was as if my mind and body weren’t connected. I wouldn’t be able to stop the destruction I would cause until I found answers. I needed them. So fucking badly.
Blood. Bathe in the blood of your enemies, the little voice in my head said. I smiled like the devil at the mere thought of killing—slaughtering.
I made my way up from the fourth floor climbing all four flights of stairs without a single bead of sweat forming. I was made this way. I was made to be indestructible.
Finding the nearest exit, I pushed out into the open alleyway that sat next to the building. It was time to hunt. To prey upon those who deserved it most. A piece of who I was, the one who clung to my humanity, the one who held onto the memory of that girl—disappeared. In its place was a man who would kill without even a thought. When I looked at the world through these eyes, I saw mass chaos and the need to rectify, to deliver my revenge. There was no mercy, compassion, or caring.
There was only death, revenge, and blood.

REVIEW BY DANA MARIE
Okay, now we are cooking J.L. Beck. This is my favorite book to date. This book has suspense, revenge, and a man on a mission. Nothing is going to stop him from making the people pay for the medical experiments that Killer and his team endured, nothing, except maybe Maggie.
There is plenty of detail to take you through the dark places and the sweetness that makes this an excellent story. If you haven’t grabbed one of J.L. Beck’s books yet, you are going to want to grab this one. She nailed it.

Fun facts for Her Secret Prince | Madeline Ash
- The working title for this book was Surprise, You’re a Prince! right until I typed The End. As you can tell, I don’t take my working titles very seriously…
- The heroine’s name is Dee Johnson. She strives for anonymity online, so her social media accounts are all under the pseudonym Dijon Son because it sounds the same.
- The hero, Jed, is a comic artist. He has a twist planned for his work-in-progress. It’s not revealed in the book (Dee hates spoilers, so stops him right there), but I know what it is and wish I could draw well so I could do it myself.
- As a child, my favourite royal fairytale was The Princess and the Pea.
- If I put all the characters I’d ever written together in a room, Dee would be the one most likely to draw everyone together.
- When asked to write a royal romance, I quickly took to the idea of neither character knowing about Jed’s true lineage. I call it a ‘regular to riches’ story – two normal people whose lives are turned upside down by the revelation.
- The royal family name is Montaigne. I chose this with the French philosopher Michel de Montaigne in mind, who found his own judgement the most reliable way to examine the world. I felt this honest approach fitting for a royal family.
- Dee is an unashamed hipster. I just love the idea of a hipster princess!
- I consumed many cups of tea and chocolate teddy bear biscuits while writing this book.
- The royal castle is (naturally) based on Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany.
- Dee débuted in THE PLAYBOY, as the supportive yet blunt best friend. She got all the best lines. As I battled to stop her taking over the story, I decided she needed her own. She piped down after that.
- Although Dee loves coffee to the point of addiction, I’ve never had a cup in my life and don’t understand what she’s on about!
- I love reunion stories. HER SECRET PRINCE is book two in a four book series, all based around best friends and the reunion trope.
Playlist for Her Secret Prince | Madeline Ash
I often write with music playing, as it influences my mood and consequently the tone of the scene. Because of this, it’s important to play the right tunes – I remember struggling to get a fun and flirty scene right a few months ago, before I realised Sigur Ros was dampening the dialogue!
While writing HER SECRET PRINCE, I used music to delve beyond Dee’s vivacious persona and reveal her vulnerabilities. Sometimes I can’t concentrate if the lyrics are too distracting, so some of these are just mood enhancers, but these were the most popular songs on my playlist:
I Thought You Were God – Clare Bowditch
Between Friends – Japanese Wallpaper
The Architekt – Arms and Sleepers
Wasting My Young Years – London Grammar
Only Love Can Hurt Like This – Paloma Faith
You’ve Got The Love – Florence and the Machine
Thank you for letting me share my playlist with you today!

Dee and Jed’s unique love story will have you reading at your lunch hour or skipping the meal altogether to find out what is going to happen. I really enjoyed this story even though you are thrown for a loop by the unexpected twist.

Review of: His Defiant Princess
This modern day fairy tale even includes everything, even the social media. A country struggles to hold on to what they hold dear. Brenna and Ronan’s story comes together and has it’s happily ever after.
This read definitely holds your interest, but waiting until the end for Ronan to decide drove me nuts. Okay, in a good way. I am looking forward to finding out if those were hints dropped for a next installment.

Review of: His Forbidden Princess
Duty and obligations tore Ian and Sofia apart. Now, the same reasons might just pull them back into each other’s life again.
The main characters become stronger throughout the book because of things they have overcome and pushed their way through over the years apart. There are a lot of feels in this one.

Repossessed is the Winner of the 2013 Daphne du Maurier Mainstream Mystery/Suspense Award and the 2013 Maggie Award for Novel with Strong Romantic Elements written by Sandy Parks.
A reclusive boss.
An unemployed pilot.
One devil in default.
When Brazilian gem dealer Maximilian Furst stops making payments on his fifty million dollar business jet, “Hawker” Dunlop, reclusive owner of a high-end recovery company, sends a resourceful team to Rio to repossess the aircraft.
Dunlop’s newest hire, ex-military pilot Amelia “Jet” Walczynski, has the perfect skills for infiltrating Furst’s inner circle and flying away the targeted plane. The assignment appears straightforward until Jet discovers Furst is a sociopath and knows she is after his aircraft. Her promised support team, a Greek lawyer avenging his brother’s death, a con man who sidelines as their scout, and a mechanic who paints her nails to match the country of operation, appear a hindrance rather than help. Jet finds it hard to play nice with her teammates when their private agendas put her life at risk. Yet, the closer she gets to Furst and the plane, the more she and her team will have to rely on each other to complete the repossession.
Santos Dumont Airport
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Gnawing apprehension spread through Jet as Maximilian Furst climbed up from the dark night onto his business plane and cast her a triumphant look. Behind him the door closed and the steward flipped the locking handle, securing the aircraft and effectively cutting off rescue if her true purpose were to be discovered.
The cushy leather seat beneath her offered little comfort. Minutes before coming onboard, she’d learned Furst had left a disloyal employee floating face down in a local lake. She drew a calming breath through a fake smile. Had she overestimated her ability to manipulate a powerful man—one who was proving far more dangerous and unpredictable than her boss portrayed?
Looking back, getting onto the Gulfstream 550 had been easy—maybe a bit too easy. Whatever the case, she had to keep a step ahead of Furst if she hoped to find the aircraft’s landing site.
He leaned over her leather chair, using his rock-solid body as unspoken intimidation. Without a word, he picked up the ends to her seat belt and buckled her in. Her heartbeat didn’t slow until the plane had taken off from the domestic airport and risen out of the haze into a clear night.
Jet controlled her fear by focusing on the sleek cabin. She related more to machines, particularly those with wings, than men.
“You have an impressive aircraft,” she said, with the proper amount of awe to feed Furst’s overblown ego. She could recite checklists and emergency boldface items for the fifty-million-dollar beauty that surrounded her, but she had to be careful not to reveal her flying expertise. “Will I be as impressed with your home?” Or wherever the plane might land and “magically” disappear.
Maximilian shifted in his seat to face her and tented his long, dark fingers. “After the excess of my party, you will like the peaceful place we are going.”
“Peaceful? I see you more as the type who never rests.” She pointed at a well-developed bicep on his arm, making sure not to touch or even hint at coming close enough to doing so. “Those don’t come from lounging around.”
“Senhorita, you flatter me. What is a strong body without a fit mind? My sanctuary awaits. It cleanses the body and soul of troubles.”
“I find it hard to believe you have many troubles.”
“A man without them has never been tested. Take this plane, for instance. The company and I have a financial disagreement to resolve. My legal sources have informed me impatient Americans have arrived to take it back. They are supposedly in Rio at this very moment.”
Perceptive sources. She held back the gulp striving to launch down her throat.
Maximilian, his spicy cologne still potent after the long night, leaned forward and encouraged her to do the same. She worked out of her seat belt and rather reluctantly moved closer.
With her head near, he softly added, “You, Senhorita de verão, are an American. I believe you have come to steal my plane.”
Sandy loves building worlds with memorable characters caught up in ever changing circumstances. She writes in several genres including action adventure thrillers with touches of mystery and romance, science fiction, romantic suspense, and historical romance, some under the name Sandy Moffett. She has won several national writing awards including the Daphne du Maurier Mainstream Award for Mystery & Suspense, Maggie Award for Novel with Strong Romantic Elements, and The Lories for Best New Author Paranormal. Before the days of writing, Sandy was trained as a hydrogeologic scientist, taught at a university, and worked for a civil engineering firm and on an Air Force flight test computer project. Zarachiel is a broken holy angel who just wants to save people. The pain from his torn out wings reminds him everyday just how far the holy angels have fallen from grace. Like it is his burden to bear, he sets out to right their wrongs every day.
Clark wants to save the person he loves most in the world, but she doesn’t want his help or his love. Unlike Zarachiel, who saves everyone he can, Clark can’t seem to save even one person.
Peace can be as deadly as war, and someone won’t survive.
